The Cottage Classroom
Welcome to the Cottage Classroom (Toddler-Two's).
This room focuses on transitioning from our infant room (The Nest) to the fundamentals of dynamic learning all in an exciting environment. Colors,
shapes, letters, and numbers all become part of the daily
activities. Learning to dress
independently, use the restroom, and enjoy lunch with the best of manners are
important aspects of this classroom. Another outstanding feature of this classroom is the small class size (with a maximum of 8) and a very low student to teacher ratio. The room is arranged to stimulate academic learning in the areas of math, language, sensorial, practical life and social skills development.

- Grace and Courtesy (classroom and meal time manners)
- Bathroom Independence
- Care of Themselves (buttoning, zipping, and snapping)
- Care of the Environment (cleaning up the classroom, watering plants, and taking care of the classroom pet)
