Fun In The Sun
Outside - Big Muscle Play - Running, Hopping, Skipping, Jump Rope, Kicking, Catching....
This hour is spent being extra active. Using all our energy and every muscle in our bodies to get moving!!!
Art Alive
Inside & Out - big messy projects- painting, sculpting, creating,building, paper mache, sketching....
This hour is spent using our creative sides!! Dress to make a mess!!! Huge paint canvasses will be set up outside for a paint splattering adventure. What creative project will they come up with next ???
Made in the Shade
Moving about from area to area while socializing with your friends. During this hour, the children will be choosing where to spend their time. Reading, art, Lego's, home living, puzzles, games, etc... This will be a period of social bonding, as well as, relaxing down time.
Creative Thinking
The elementary aged group will be writing a book during the summer.
This will include, brainstorming ideas, writing, researching, illustrating, and finalizing.
Each child will be the author of their own book!!
